Where are my licensed files, and how do I download them?
Your licensed tracks live on your Downloads page, ready to download in full quality. Download your files Open Your Downloads and download each licensed track as WAV or MP3 - the clean files, not the watermarked preview. You can also grab the license document for any track from there. Active vs inactive A track shows as Active while its license is current. If it is Inactive, its license has lapsed and you will see "Inactive - re-license to download" - re-license it to download again. How do I get an invoice or receipt for accounting?
Every purchase, subscription and top-up is recorded in one place, so you can pull any document later for your records. Can I get a refund?
Yes, within a short window, as long as you have not downloaded the track. The refund window A one-time purchase can be refunded within 14 days if the track has not been downloaded.
