Open Your Downloads and download each licensed track as WAV or MP3 - the clean files, not the watermarked preview. You can also grab the license document for any track from there.
Active vs inactive
A track shows as Active while its license is current. If it is Inactive, its license has lapsed and you will see "Inactive - re-license to download" - re-license it to download again.
