Everything the Digital licence allows, and everything it does not. This is the same text that appears in the licence document you receive when you buy.

$199 one-time (€185 in euros).

  • Good for: Client & brand work, corporate video, podcasts - anything online.
  • Not for: Physical spaces, out-of-home, festivals, games, TV or radio.

What it covers

  • Everything included in the Personal license, including monetized use on the licensee own channels.
  • Commercial use distributed on internet-based and digitally delivered channels.
  • Client, brand and work-for-hire deliverables, licensed on behalf of the licensee clients.
  • Business websites and landing-page video, product pages, microsites and campaign pages.
  • Internal company platforms: training portals, learning management systems, intranets and HR onboarding, provided the content stays internal.
  • Phone on-hold systems, IVR menus and VoIP platforms.
  • Product explainers, demos, software walkthroughs and pitch-deck video inserts.
  • Promotional video, company overviews, launch announcements and testimonials.
  • Corporate internal communications: executive presentations, all-hands recordings and town-hall recaps.
  • Podcast and audiobook intros, outros, bumpers and segment music on any digital platform, commercial or non-commercial.
  • Digital-only paid advertising (search, pre-roll, social and programmatic placements distributed exclusively online) up to $10,000 of total media spend per campaign.
  • Up to 3 linked channels, each up to 1,000,000 subscribers or followers.
  • YouTube Content ID claims are released per video: link your channel, submit the video that uses the track, and the claim is cleared in about three days, so that video keeps its monetization. Unlisted videos qualify, so a claim can be cleared before you publish. Claim clearing is available while a subscription is active, and permanently for tracks bought with a one-time licence.
  • Worldwide territory, in perpetuity.

What it does not cover

  • No advertising campaign above $10,000 of total media spend - that requires a custom quote.
  • No content displayed in physical spaces (retail stores, trade-show booths, event venue screens) - that requires an Expanded license.
  • No out-of-home advertising (digital billboards, transit screens) - Expanded.
  • No film festival submissions or screenings - Expanded.
  • No use in a video game - a game is licensed per registered title, under a Game Track or Game Soundtrack license.
  • No television, radio, OTT/CTV/VOD or theatrical use - that requires an All-Media license.
  • No sublicensing or resale of the music as a standalone product.
  • No use of the music to train AI or machine-learning models.

If your use falls outside this, you are not stuck - move up a rung, or use Request Custom Quote for anything the self-serve licences do not reach.
