Zur Sprache: Das Lizenzdokument wird auf Englisch ausgestellt, und die Klauseln unten sind wortgleich daraus übernommen. - Everything included in the Digital license, worldwide and in perpetuity.
- Synchronization in editorial / programme content for broadcast and theatrical exhibition: a film, documentary, series, or OTT/CTV title on TV and radio, OTT / Connected TV (e.g. Hulu, Netflix), and theatrical / cinema and film-festival screening.
- In-context use only: the track is used within the programme itself, not as an advertisement for it or for a brand.
- Use in the licensee's own project, or in a project the licensee produces on behalf of a client (agencies and production companies are covered without a separate license).
- The broadcast and theatrical rights above are limited to a single national territory (the licensee's country); the Digital rights carried from that license remain worldwide.
- Term: in perpetuity.
- YouTube Content ID claims are released per video: submit the video that uses the track - link your channel to pick it from your uploads, or just send us the video link - and the claim is cleared in about three days, so that video keeps its monetization. Unlisted videos qualify, so a claim can be cleared before you publish. Claim clearing is available while a subscription is active, and permanently for tracks bought with a one-time licence.

- No use in advertising or brand campaigns (a TV / radio / cinema commercial or a paid-media spot) - these require a custom quote.
- Broadcast in a single national territory only - worldwide or additional broadcast territories require a quote.
- No content displayed in physical spaces and no out-of-home advertising - that requires an Expanded license, which is bought alongside this one.
- No use in a video game - a game is licensed per registered title, under a Game Track or Game Soundtrack license.
- No exclusivity - exclusive rights require a quote.
- No standalone distribution, resale, or sublicensing of the track.
- No use of the music to train AI or machine-learning models.
