- **Good for:** Your own monetized channels & podcasts (up to 1M subscribers).
- **Not for:** Client or brand work, paid ads, physical, TV or film.

## What it covers

- Monetized use by the licensee on their OWN channels and accounts, on up to 1 linked channel, each up to 1,000,000 subscribers or followers.
- Monetizing your own content is expressly allowed (YouTube Partner Programme, platform ad and streaming revenue) - this is not "paid advertising".
- The licensee's own podcasts: intros, outros, bumpers and segment music, at any download volume, commercial or not.
- Synchronization in the licensee's own content without limit on duration.
- Unlimited YouTube Content ID claim releases, submitted one video at a time, across all linked channels.
- YouTube Content ID claims are released per video: link your channel, submit the video that uses the track, and the claim is cleared in about three days, so that video keeps its monetization. Unlisted videos qualify, so a claim can be cleared before you publish. Claim clearing is available while a subscription is active, and permanently for tracks bought with a one-time licence.
- Worldwide territory, in perpetuity.

## What it does not cover

- No client work, brand work, or work-for-hire delivered under this license - that requires a Digital license.
- No use inside a paid advertising campaign (a paid ad placement is not the same as monetizing your own content).
- No use in physical spaces, out-of-home advertising, film festivals or games.
- No broadcast, OTT/CTV or theatrical use.
- No sublicensing, resale, or transfer to a third party.
- No use of the music to train AI or machine-learning models.
