Everything the **Non-Profit Business** licence allows, and everything it does not. This is the same text that appears in the licence document you receive when you buy.

Sold as a subscription rather than a one-time licence.

- **Good for:** Your non-profit's awareness, fundraising & outreach content.
- **Not for:** Sponsor advertising, physical spaces, broadcast, or transfer.

## What it covers

- Everything included in the Digital license, for a registered non-profit organization.
- Awareness, fundraising, and outreach content.
- Digital-only paid advertising up to $10,000 of total media spend per campaign.
- YouTube Content ID claims are released per video: link your channel, submit the video that uses the track, and the claim is cleared in about three days, so that video keeps its monetization. Unlisted videos qualify, so a claim can be cleared before you publish. Claim clearing is available while a subscription is active, and permanently for tracks bought with a one-time licence.
- Worldwide territory, in perpetuity.

## What it does not cover

- License is non-transferable.
- No use in commercial advertising for sponsors.
- No advertising campaign above $10,000 of total media spend.
- No physical spaces, out-of-home, festivals or games - that requires an Expanded license.
- No broadcast, OTT/CTV or theatrical use - All-Media.
- No use of the music to train AI or machine-learning models.
- This license was issued at the non-profit rate on the basis of the registered organization name and registration number declared by the licensee at checkout. If that declaration is inaccurate, or the organization is not a registered non-profit in the territory named, this license is void from the outset and the full standard rate becomes payable for any use already made.

If your use falls outside this, you are not stuck - move up a rung, or use **Request Custom Quote** for anything the self-serve licences do not reach.
